Application: Treatment of oily water wastes from heavy vehicle workshop & vehicle washing. Oil is collected in an above ground tank with automatic drain back to the water collection pit.

Equipment Supplied: 0S35 (3.5 m 3/h unit)

Typical Process Data: Treated Water Flow up to 3.5m 3

Pump Feed Pressure: 300 to 400 kPa

Temperature: 5 to 25 ° C

Oil Type:

  • Diesel
  • Engine oil
  • Lubrication oil

Design influent:

  • Oil and grease (mg/l): 90 to 2500
  • Suspended solids (mg/l) 1000 to 199

Design Effluent:

  • Oil and grease (mg/l): <10 to < 50
  • Suspended solids (mg/l): <100

Start up date: September, 2006

Discharge Source: Storm water
