Membranes

FRP RO Pressure Vessels
Available in both low-pressure (300 psi/450 psi) and high-pressure (1000 psi/1200 psi) options, accommodating 1 to 8 RO membrane elements. Certified by ASME and CE, these vessels undergo rigorous testing, including cyclic and burst pressure tests, ensuring reliability and integrity. Compatible with standard membrane elements from various brands.

Domestic RO Membranes
Crafted with ultra-low pressure aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane sheets, perfect for treating water with salinity under 1000mg/L. These elements boast high rejection rates and operate at exceptionally low pressures, making them ideal for home or office drinking water units. Industrial RO Membranes
The ULP series achieves high desalination rates under ultralow/extreme-low pressure, ideal for treating water with salt content below 2000 ppm. Meanwhile, the BW series offers high-water production and excellent desalination performance for water with salt content below 10,000 ppm. Both series are suitable for desalination treatment of various water sources, including surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water.
Filter Bags

Needle Felt
Blu Flow’s needle-felt filter bags come in either polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PE) felt. PE is ideal for temperatures up to 120°C and is recommended with a metal ring, while PP suits applications with mixed chemicals, with a max temp of 60°C. Heat-welded seams ensure durability. Micron range: 200µm to 0.5µm, available in sizes 2, 1, 4, & 5.

Nylon Mesh
Nylon mesh bags provide fixed apertures, ranging from 25µm to 1200µm, effectively capturing suspended particles. With excellent tensile strength and resistance to deformation, nylon is suitable for higher operating temperatures. These bags offer a higher flow rate, perfect for pre-filtration and coarse filtration, removing large particles and impurities. Available in sizes 2, 1, 4, & 5, they ensure reliable filtration for various applications.

Oil Absorbent
Blu Flow’s needle-felt filter bags are designed to absorb trace oils from water. Available with either a plastic or metal ring and featuring a heat- welded seam, these oil absorbent bags provide a cost-effective solution for filtration applications requiring oil removal.

Carbon Block
Crafted from high-quality coconut shell or coal-activated carbon, bonded with food-grade adhesives to minimize ash content and maximize micron-pore effectiveness. Designed for absorption, they efficiently remove organic matter, residual chlorine, and other contaminants from water, eliminating foul odors and discoloration.
Ideal for residential and commercial water purification systems, as well as pre- and post-filters in RO systems.

GAC
Cartridges crafted with polypropylene string wrapped around a multi-hole plastic core. Offering true depth filtration for superior dirt-holding capacity, these cartridges feature structured loose outer layers and tight inner layers. Ideal for water purification, food and beverage processing, edible oil filtration, and more, they come in a micron range of 100um to 1um.

Stainless Steel Cartridge & Bag Housing
We offer a single and multiple bag configurations to meet your operational needs. Available in 304SS and 3165S grades, with standard pressure designs ranging from 7Bar to 10Bar. Choose from BSP threaded or flanged inlet/outlet options, with sanitary or dairy connections available upon request. Our stainless-steel housings are designed for durability and reliability in various applications.

Melt Blown
Crafted from durable polypropylene fiber. Perfect for removing suspended particles in liquids, they suit water purification, food and beverage processing, and edible oil filtration. Available in a micron range of 0.5m to 100um, ensuring thorough filtration for cleaner, safer results, these filters are essential for any application where purity is paramount.

String Wound
Cartridges crafted with polypropylene string wrapped around a multi-hole plastic core. Offering true depth filtration for superior dirt-holding capacity, these cartridges feature structured loose outer layers and tight inner layers. Ideal for water purification, food and beverage processing, edible oil filtration, and more, they come in a micron range of 100um to 1 um.

Stainless Steel
Available in 316SS or 304SS grade, cater to various needs with micron ranges from 1500um to 25um. Ideal for high-temperature applications, they offer high flow and low-pressure drop. With high mechanical strength ensuring longevity, these cartridges come in lengths from 5
inches to 40 inches, standard or big blue, and can be supplied wrapped or with pleated mesh, tailored to each client’s unique specifications.

High Flow
High Flow Fitter Cartridges feature pleated designs with larger diameters and increased surface areas, allowing faster flow rates and higher dirt holding capacities. They offer a smaller footprint compared to standard depth filters, reducing system size and replacement costs. With shorter replacement times, downtime in production is minimized, enhancing efficiency.
